« on: March 30, 2011, 12:14:23 PM »
couple questions here i have a 86 eagle with shift on the fly and not sure if 4by is engaging. took sevo off and the rod seems to be froze. should rod move in and out easily?  and how much movement is there in the transfer lever that connects to the servo. also is it engaged in straght up or at an angle, it moves from 12 oclock to about 10 oclock. thanks for any reply. kurt

The out position should be engaged ...Mine car was locked in 4x. When I dropped the drive train it was in the extended position.
