1968 Ambassador - Mediapolis, Iowa
« on: September 06, 2013, 05:04:59 PM »
Left rear damage on an otherwise nice looking car.  IIRC the rear quarter can also be sourced from a '68 Rebel or perhaps a '67 Ambassador or Rebel.  The rear quarter extensions would have to be swapped out but the one on this car looks undamaged.  I had a '68 Ambassador many years ago and it was a great, smooth riding car.  The 343 was a great engine for its size too.  It was the predecessor to AMC's workhorse 360 that found its way into a lot of AMC cars and Jeeps.
