Replacing throttle cable
« on: December 03, 2012, 08:50:08 PM »
If anyone is looking for a throttle cable, Morris 4x4 has one for a Jeep that clipped right in to my 84 wagon 258/AT ($18 delivered).  Get the one that is 18.75 inches long.

My original carburator's shoulder nut is badly eroded and now too small so the clip isn't snug on that end yet, but the gas pedal, firewall, and bracket locations are solid.  I would hope I can get a new shoulder nut for the carburator.
